Reporting to the Regional Operations Director or Area Manager, you'll make sure each site's Scope of Work (SOW) is fully met. Your day covers site inspections, correcting quality issues on the spot, resolving client complaints right away and enforcing safety rules such as wet floor signs and our approved\-chemicals policy. You'll lead a team of cleaners: track attendance and check\-in/out, train new staff on each site's SOW, check uniforms, and cover absences without affecting service. You'll also run work orders, check subcontractor work, flag chances for extra work, and send daily route reports and monthly inspections signed by the site manager. We're looking for a reliable, detail\-oriented leader with cleaning or facilities experience who communicates well with both staff and clients.
