1\. Position Summary The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and managing daily logistics activities, including domestic and international shipments, import/export operations, inventory movements, and transportation arrangements. This position ensures the timely and cost\-effective movement of raw materials, production supplies, and finished goods while maintaining accurate shipping documentation and compliance with applicable U.S. customs and international trade regulations. 2\. Key ResponsibilitiesA. Shipping \& Receiving * Coordinate daily inbound and outbound shipments of raw materials, components, and finished products. * Arrange domestic transportation, including truckload (FTL) and less\-than\-truckload (LTL) shipments. * Coordinate shipment schedules with suppliers, customers, freight forwarders, and carriers. * Prepare and review bills of lading (BOL), packing lists, commercial invoices, and other shipping documents. * Monitor shipment status and resolve delivery delays or transportation issues.
