**About us** SS Hospitality Group operates bars, restaurants and festivals across Dallas–Fort Worth, including Landmark Bar \& Kitchen, Baila Cocina y Cantina, Arianna Modern Mediterranean and Texas Festivals \& Events. Landmark Addison is a high\-volume bar and kitchen built for big nights, live entertainment and guests who come back every week. **The role** We're looking for an Assistant General Manager who measures success by one thing: guests leaving happier than they arrived. You'll run shifts, lead the floor and bar teams, and make sure every guest feels taken care of, from the door to last call. **What you'll do** * Lead shifts as manager on duty. Set the tone, run the floor and solve problems in real time. * Own the guest experience. Read the room, recover service issues on the spot and find moments to surprise regulars and first\-timers. * Hire, train and coach front\-of\-house and bar staff to a clear service standard. * Run a tight operation: opening and closing, cash handling, inventory, ordering and labor control. * Partner with the GM on scheduling, events, promotions and P\&L targets. * Uphold TABC compliance and responsible alcohol service. **What you bring** * 3\+ ...
