We are a small, established, privately\-held company with a friendly team, long\-standing customers, and a great reputation in our industry. **Job Summary** We are hiring one person to own our accounting. Today, pieces of this work are handled by several people across sales support and operations. We want to bring it all together under one capable, organized professional who treats it as their job, not a side task. **What you will do** * **Invoicing and accounts receivable.** Prepare and send customer invoices for all three companies, apply incoming payments (checks, ACH, and credit card through Stripe), send reminders on past\-due accounts, and keep the receivables aging current and clean. * **Accounts payable.** Enter and pay vendor bills through Bill.com, keep vendor records current, and make sure nothing is paid twice or missed. * **Sales commissions.** Calculate monthly co...
