**JOB SUMMARY:** Under the direction of the Regional Operations Manager, the **District Manager** will manage and direct the operation of multi\-unit assigned accounts. The district manager will oversee a team of food service directors to ensure PDG meets a service of excellence through sanitation, corporate compliance, and resident satisfaction. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Recruits, Trains, and Onboards new directors and staff within established timeframes. * Conducts, with the directors, weekly sanitation inspections and assigns Plan of Correction (POC) within timeframe for completion. Performs follow\-up and direction with POC development and sustained corrective actions. * Communicate expectations and ensure accountability of directors and staff. * Oversees spending, food procurement and ensures established budget compliance. * Troubleshoots and addresses day\-to\-day operational issues and those voiced by administration. * Ensures corporate compliance through WhatsApp participation, weekly accounting reports, census reports, test trays and scheduled in\-services. * Maintains regular communication with Directors of assigned accounts through conference calls and TEAMS Meetings. ...
