Description

Purpose: Work directly with Construction Manager and Craft Superintendents in planning, developing, coordinating and managing specific construction craft activities for EPC projects. Assist in execution plan development. Responsible for oversite of Superintendent development and implementation of craft work packaging. Additional Compensation: Per Diem will be included in pay and determined on a project by project basis. Trips home and a company truck will be provided; when applicable. (This information will be further explained in the Samuel EPC Employee Exempt Handbook) Pay rates: Salary rate will not escalate due to additional hours worked. Pay rate will be determined for a project and will remain at said rate regardless of hours worked. Assignment to Home Office work will have a different pay rate than rate established for field assignments. Work Schedule: Varies by location. Must have open availability any time, any day of the week.
