NOW HIRING: GROOMING SERVICES CLIENT SERVICES SPECIALIST Hours are flexible we do not work evenings or holidays We're looking for a dependable, personable team player with pet industry experience, excellent customer service skills, and a strong understanding of social media to join a busy grooming salon! Responsibilities include: Greeting clients and checking dogs in and out Answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and communicating with clients Helping create engaging social media content, including pet photos and posts Keeping the reception area clean, organized, and welcoming Cleaning up after pets and assisting bathers when needed Our ideal candidate: Has experience working in a grooming salon, veterinary office, boarding facility, or similar pet care setting Is friendly, professional, and comfortable handling dogs Can multitask, stay organized, and remain calm during busy moments Is punctual, reliable, and takes initiative Is willing to pitch in wherever the team needs help This role goes beyond answering phones—we're looking for someone who takes pride in client care, teamwork, and keeping the salon running smoothly.
