Job Description: **About the Role:** The Planning Supervisor is responsible for organizing and optimizing capacity and internal material flows from receipt to customer delivery. This role ensures efficient execution of production plans, maximizes service levels, and minimizes capital usage, while maintaining compliance with Schneider Electric’s quality, safety, and environmental standards. **Key Responsibilities** **Production \& Flow Management** * Organize flows to ensure timely delivery of finished goods. * Optimize material usage and production scheduling to meet customer demand. * Own production control from job order created to job closed including inventory control, material variances, and close out of production orders. * Expedite critical material deliveries and escalate issues when necessary. **Planning \& Scheduling** * Define and manage the Master Production Schedule (MPS). * Provide updated lead times to the business on all major product lines. * Maintain and update production plans to support procurement and delivery feasibility. * Utilize Schneider Electric planning tools (e.g., SAP IBP, MRP, APS systems) to support real\-time decision\-making and analytics. * Partic...
