Description **Homeless Services, Coordinated Entry System Manager** ======================================================= ICF’s Homeless Services team works with federal agencies, state and local governments, non\-profits, and other community partners to implement evidence\-based best practices and to innovate and identify new solutions to ending homelessness. ICF is currently seeking an experienced and mission\-oriented candidate to support the management oversight, implementation, and operation of a Coordinated Entry System (CES) for a large Continuum of Care (CoC). The CES Manager will provide leadership, oversight, and operational management for the Continuum of Care's Coordinated Entry System. This position is responsible for ensuring the CES operates in compliance with HUD requirements, CoC policies, and community standards while achieving high levels of system performance, partnership engagement, and housing placement outcomes.
