Office Location: **St. Cloud, MN** **Position Description:** This position is a senior\-level position with the opportunity to develop and maintain Apex’s Municipal services for public and private clients. The Market Leader will be responsible for managing and growing Apex’s Municipal services in the Central Minnesota regional market. The Market Leader will also be responsible for growth in existing and new markets that match the strategic plans of the company. A qualified candidate will be expected to develop and execute short\- and long\-term revenue goals, monitor regional sector performance, monitor project budgets, hire key staff, along with pursuing, serving, and managing clients. The Market Leader will report directly to Apex’s Municipal Sector Leader. The candidate will be expected to attend meetings in person with key municipal, business development, and operations personnel.
