**Position Summary:** DLS is looking for a talented and passionate Logistics Associate to join our dynamic Logistics team. As a Logistics Associate, you play a crucial role in executing logistics operations and support to the logistics team. Your responsibilities encompass collaborating with project managers and clinical sites to obtain specimen criteria, determine shipping priorities, store samples while fostering continuous improvement in logistics processes. **A Day in the Life of a Logistics Associate at Discovery Life Sciences:** * Collaborate with project managers and clinical sites to obtain specimen criteria, ensure timely shipment of specimens and keep up with collection schedules. * Wear proper PPE gear when handling samples, or in freezer farm and lab, i.e., lab coat, gloves, safety glasses if necessary. * Prepare and label boxes for shipments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations * Manage inventory levels for laboratories, offices, clinical sites, and shipping/receiving. **Position Qualifications (Education, Skills, Experience):** * High School diploma or GED required * Previous logistics experience in biotechnology sector is preferred but required. * Knowl...
