**Job Summary** * The Construction Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing construction projects from initial customer contact and estimating through completion and final payment. This position works closely with company ownership, customers, subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the company's quality standards. As a key member of a small, family\-owned general contracting company, the Project Manager must be organized, dependable, hands\-on, and comfortable managing multiple responsibilities.
