RESPONSIBILITIES Temporary Position I. JOB SUMMARY/RESPONSIBILITIES: * Implements, maintains and provides clinical pharmacist services including: clinical, educational, informational and distributional functions for newborn, infant, pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric patients of The Queen’s Medical Center (QMC). II. TYPICAL PHYSICAL DEMANDS: * Standing, sitting, stooping, bending, walking, finger dexterity, seeing, hearing, speaking. * Frequent: pushing/pulling usual weight of up to 40 pounds of force, lifting or carrying up to 30 pounds, reaching above, at and below shoulder level, frequent gripping of an object. * Continuous: repetitive arm/hand motions. * Occasional: kneeling, crawling, climbing stairs, walking on uneven ground, squatting, static gripping of an object for prolonged periods, pushing/pulling up to maximum 50 pounds. * Operate pagers, computers, printers, typewriters, telephones, fax machines, dispensers, laminar flow hoods, TPN compounding machines and other pharmaceutical and office equipment. III. TYPICAL WORKING CONDITIONS: * Not substantially subject to adverse environmental conditions. * Subjected to noise/vibration from air conditioner, printers, tim...
