The **Project Engineer V** is responsible for leading the technical execution of electrical substation projects from project kickoff through delivery. This role applies advanced engineering expertise and independent judgment to develop technically sound, constructible, and code\-compliant designs while serving as the primary technical owner of project scope, deliverable quality, and engineering decisions.
