Overview: The PFUS Marketing Innovation team is looking for a strategic, analytical problem solver and results\-oriented marketer who thrives in a fast\-paced environment where chartering a clear path in the face of ambiguity, bringing others along, and executing flawlessly are crucial. This is an exciting opportunity as the team develops innovation strategy and executes new and exciting launches across some of the most iconic brands in our Snacks portfolio. As the Marketing Manager, you will lead strategy and execution for a multi\-horizon pipeline for key brands. This role will help define and execute the innovation strategy with cross\-functional teams and develop a robust innovation pipeline. We are a nimble team. This experience will develop and showcase your ability to stay on top of leading trends, think strategically, act quickly and think outside the box to fully realize product ideas from concept to scale\-up.
