### **Minimum qualifications:** * Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience. * 10 years of experience in program management. * 10 years of experience in technical program management, software engineering, or network engineering, including 5 years of experience managing teams of TPMs or Engineers; within a networking environment. * 7 years of experience in leadership roles with/without direct reports. ### **Preferred qualifications:** * Experience managing complex, cross\-functional technical projects from inception to delivery. * Proven ability to align multiple organizations toward shared project goals and navigate ambiguous technical problems that span multiple teams. * Excellent executive communication skills, with experience presenting technical, product, and business concepts to executive leadership and stakeholders. **About the job** ----------------- A problem isn’t truly solved until it’s solved for all.
