Summary: This position is primarily responsible for being the primary point of contact for days, evenings and some weekends, to address AIH housing clients for day\-to\-day milieu concerns, problem\-solving residents' concerns, overseeing Tenant Councils, ensure evening and weekend activities. The HCSS acts as a member of the housing team to ensure safety, security, and program needs are met. The HCSS will provide transportation (if agency vehicle is available) for clients to appointments, access AIH’s groups, additional services, and Stone Soup. The HCSS will ensure quick placement into housing facilities by being available during extended hours for move\-in access. Additionally, the HCSS is responsible for building appropriate documentation through multiple databases and case notes to demonstrate supportive services provided to the client. Works in the evenings and on weekends.
