Stewart's Shops is a fast\-growing convenience store chain in New York and Vermont with friendly store associates and great customers! Our employees own 1/3 of the company and share in the growth and profits. We are looking for an experienced multi\-unit senior level manager for our shops. Our ideal candidate has at least three years multi\-unit convenience store or food service management experience and possess a hands\-on, personal management style. This is a full\-time position that requires a flexible schedule. Responsibilities: * Teach in context \& be curious enough to find solutions. * Effectively listen, anticipate, and communicate with partners (employees), senior management and district staff. * Positively lead, motivate, and teach Stewart’s tools and solutions at by shop and at weekly district meetings. * Initiate candid and honest conversations with others which our “smaller is nicer” management style fosters. * Travel between district shops on a regular basis. * Work flexible hours, days, shifts, including holidays.
