**Key Responsibilities:** * Lead accurate, timely financial reporting, month\-end close, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for both locations. * Monitor revenue, expenses, cash flow, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and key performance indicators; identify trends, risks, and opportunities. * Translate financial and operating data into clear recommendations that support profitable growth and informed decision\-making. * Partner with property leaders and cross\-functional teams to set goals, track progress, and improve business performance. * Support pricing, occupancy, and other operational initiatives with sound financial analysis. * Help ensure a consistent, high\-quality customer experience by connecting operational decisions and financial outcomes. * Maintain effective internal controls and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable accounting requirements. * Improve financial processes, reporting tools, and data quality across both locations. * Communicate results and recommendations clearly to leaders and stakeholders. **Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered. * Stro...
