We are seeking a **motivated, detail\-oriented, and experienced eCommerce Shipping / Outbound Team Lead** to oversee our daily shipping and order fulfillment operations. The ideal candidate is a natural leader who thrives in a fast\-paced warehouse environment, knows how to keep a team motivated, and understands the importance of productivity, organization, and accuracy. This is a hands\-on leadership position. We are looking for someone who is comfortable leading from the front, working alongside their team when needed, and taking ownership of the department's daily performance. Key Responsibilities * Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of approximately 8–15 warehouse employees. * Oversee daily eCommerce order fulfillment, packing, labeling, and outbound shipping operations. * Ensure customer orders are picked, packed, labeled, and shipped accurately and on time. * Monitor employee productivity, workflow, and overall department performance. * Assign daily responsibilities and ensure team members remain productive and focused. * Identify bottlenecks and proactively implement solutions to improve efficiency. * Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shipping department. * Train, coac...
