**What success looks like in this role:** The OCM Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing effective organizational change management strategies to ensure successful adoption of new initiatives and projects within Unisys Corporation. Job Responsibilities: * Lead the development and execution of comprehensive OCM strategies, plans, and methodologies for various projects and programs. * Conduct change impact assessments and readiness analyses to identify potential resistance and develop mitigation strategies. * Design and deliver communication plans, stakeholder engagement activities, and training programs to support change adoption. * Collaborate with project teams, leadership, and other stakeholders to integrate OCM activities into overall project plans. * Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of OCM initiatives, making adjustments as needed to achieve desired outcomes. * Provide coaching and guidance to leaders and managers on their roles in supporting organizational change. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across all levels of the organization. * Contribute to the continuous improvement of OCM practices and methodologies within...
