Clinical Manager – Home Health (RN) **1st Meridian Home Health – San Diego, CA** **$140,000–$155,000 per year \| Full\-Time \| Office\-Based** About the Position 1st Meridian Home Health is seeking an experienced **Clinical Manager (RN)** to provide clinical leadership, regulatory oversight, quality management, and operational support for our Medicare\-certified home health program. This is a **hands\-on leadership position based in our San Diego office**. We are looking for someone who leads from the front—not from behind a desk. The right candidate is willing to step in wherever the clinical team needs support, whether that means reviewing a complex chart, assisting with a high\-risk patient, supporting a clinician in the field, completing an audit, resolving a documentation issue, or preparing the agency for a regulatory survey. The Clinical Manager will help ensure patient care is delivered safely, efficiently, compassionately, and in compliance with **CMS, Medicare, Joint Commission, state, payer, and organizational requirements**.
