Milwaukee Electronics is looking for a Materials Supervisor to lead the team that keeps materials organized, accurate, and ready for production. If you enjoy developing people, solving inventory challenges, and improving how work gets done, this role offers the opportunity to make a direct impact in a contract electronics manufacturing environment. You’ll work closely with Production, Purchasing, Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain to keep material flowing, address shortages, and support customer delivery requirements. **Work Shift:** Monday \- Friday \| 8:00 AM \- 5:00 PM **What you’ll do** * Lead and develop Material Handlers and Shipping/Receiving Clerks, setting clear priorities and supporting their training and performance. * Oversee receiving, storage, picking, staging, material movement, and shipping. * Maintain accurate inventory and ERP records through consistent transactions, cycle counts, and discrepancy resolution. * Coordinate with Purchasing and Production to address shortages and keep materials available when needed. * Support new product introductions with accurate material staging and documentation. * Improve warehouse organization and material flow while mainta...
