**Job Summary:** The E\-Commerce Operations Specialist supports the day\-to\-day operation and performance of the company's direct\-to\-consumer e\-commerce business. This position manages customer orders through the fulfillment lifecycle, maintains promotional and campaign pricing within the e\-commerce platform, resolves escalated order and customer experience issues, and coordinates with Marketing, Customer Service, and Supply Chain to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment. The role also supports digital marketing execution through website analytics, email and SMS campaigns, customer segmentation, and campaign performance monitoring to improve the overall DTC customer experience and e\-commerce performance. **General Duties and Responsibilities:** * Process and manage direct\-to\-consumer customer orders end\-to\-end within Magento, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with established fulfillment workflows. * Monitor order status throughout the fulfillment lifecycle and coordinate with appropriate teams to resolve processing, inventory, shipment, delivery, or other order\-related issues. * Respond to escalated order status inquiries, track shipments, investigate delay...
