This role will be based in Nashville, TN **Key Responsibilities** * Own vendor execution activities across assigned sites, services, or programs, ensuring contracts and service scopes are carried out in alignment with uptime, safety, quality, and operational expectations. * Support end\-to\-end vendor lifecycle activities, including selection support, onboarding, contract implementation, performance tracking, issue management, and compliance follow\-up. * Track vendor performance against SLAs, KPIs, quality standards, safety requirements, and delivery commitments; drive corrective actions and escalate recurring or systemic issues. * Coordinate closely with Site Operations, Facilities, Engineering, Procurement, Finance, Legal, Compliance, and other business partners to ensure timely resolution of vendor\-related issues. * Lead or support vendor performance reviews and provide clear, data\-backed reporting to site, regional, or functional stakeholders. * Support vendor risk assessments and business continuity planning for critical service providers, including escalation support and contingency planning where appropriate. * Help ensure vendor documentation, records, contracts, insuran...
