**Construction Controller** Cindell Construction \| Frederick, MD 21702 $110,000–$125,000/year \| Full\-Time \| In Person **About Us** Cindell Construction is a commercial specialty trades contractor based in Frederick, Maryland, serving Maryland, DC, and Virginia for more than 40 years. Our scopes include drywall, light gauge metal framing, rough carpentry, acoustical and specialty ceilings, insulation, EIFS and siding, air and weather barriers, doors, and finishing. **The Role** We're looking for a hands\-on Construction Controller to own our books and lead our accounting team. Our team handles AR and billing, collections, payroll and certified payroll, and day\-to\-day AP entry. You'll oversee that work, run the close, produce accurate financials, and make sure the numbers can be trusted. You'll report directly to the President and work closely with ownership and our outside CPA. This is not a hands\-off management role. You'll be in the system every day: reconciling, correcting entries, reviewing job costs, and fixing what doesn't tie out.
