Q Center is looking for a Senior Hotel Sales Manager to join our team! Job Summary The Senior Hotel Sales Manager is responsible for strategizing, uncovering, building and growing undeveloped business, accounts and assigned markets for the property while simultaneously reducing client turnover. This position will be required to collaborate with the Director of Sales and Marketing, researching and developing target action plans on business opportunities. They will be responsible for all activities to penetrate these target accounts, markets and bookings; up to and including: solicitation calls, traces, follow ups and email communication. This position will work closely with the sales team to communicate progress, next steps and leads. This position is on\-site, with a varying schedule that includes, days, afternoons, some evenings, and some weekends.
