The Business Analytics Director is a senior analytics and research leader responsible for shaping and executing the strategic analytics agenda for Evernorth Pharmacy Solutions. This role drives the generation of actionable insights, rigorous evidence, and innovative analytic capabilities that enable informed decision\-making, improve business performance, and advance Evernorths strategic objectives, including affordability, clinical outcomes, customer and client experience, growth, operational excellence, and market leadership. Working across Pharmacy Benefit Services (PBS), Accredo Specialty Pharmacy, and enterprise stakeholders, the Director develops and oversees a portfolio of analytics, research, forecasting, and intelligence initiatives that translate data into measurable business impact.
