$20–$25 per hour based on experience and portfolio \| Approximately 10 hours per week \| Part\-time 1099 contract opportunity \| Greater Houston jobsite visits \+ remote planning/editing **About the role** Cline Construction \& Renovation seeks a local social media manager and content creator to turn our residential, commercial, and multifamily projects into engaging content. Bring ideas, coordinate filming with our team, and take content from planning through publishing. Plan and edit remotely, with coordinated daytime visits to Greater Houston jobsites. Travel, mileage, and equipment/software arrangements will be discussed before engagement. **What you will do** * Plan content a month ahead, including relevant trends, project stories, before\-and\-afters, educational topics, and team features. * Coordinate with PMs and team members to identify upcoming work, arrange site visits, and schedule people needed on camera. * Capture original onsite photos and videos of work in progress, completed projects, team features, and short interviews. * Edit reels, photos, YouTube Shorts, and longer videos; write captions and adapt content for each platform. * Coordinate approvals, schedule and ...
