We're looking for a creative, experienced, and curious person to join our team in Wichita. This is a little different from a traditional graphic design job. Yes, we need someone who understands design and knows their way around Photoshop. But we're even more interested in finding someone with a **great eye, good judgment and the ability to recognize excellent work when they see it.** AI is completely changing what a small creative team can accomplish. We're embracing that. We want someone who understands the fundamentals of good design but is also excited to use AI and new creative tools to produce better work, solve problems faster, and keep expanding what we can do for our clients. What Would You Actually Do? **The work varies. A lot.** We work exclusively with a small group of HVAC and home service companies across the country. Because we intentionally work with only about 12–15 clients at a time, we get deeply involved in their marketing.
