**Assistant Operations Manager** Description: * Assist the Operations Manager with the day\-to\-day business activities * Help coordinate staff schedules, assignments, and workflow to ensure efficient operations. * Monitor operational performance and identify opportunities for improvement. * Assist in creatingand implement policies, procedures, and standard operating processes. * Supervise, train, and support employees to maintain high standards of performance and customer service. * Track inventory, supplies, equipment, and operational resources as needed. * Address operational issues and resolve problems in a timely and professional manner. * Coordinate with other departments, vendors, clients, and external partners when necessary. * Ensure compliance with health, safety, regulatory, and company requirements. * Support special projects and other operational initiatives as assigned. * Safely operate general power tools to create, assemble and complete various construction projects * Safely operate scissor lifts, boom lifts and everyday ladders.
