We are seeking a Manufacturing Operations Coordinator to support high‑volume CNC and other machining operations. This position serves as the central link between customers, vendors, production, and management to ensure accurate order flow, material availability, and efficient shop execution. **Key Responsibilities** **Order Management \& Customer Coordination** * Enter and review customer orders for accuracy, pricing, lead times, and specifications * Act as primary customer contact for order status, scheduling updates, and delivery commitments * Coordinate engineering changes, revisions, and customer requirements with the shop floor * Maintain accurate records in the ERP/MRP system **Initial Production Planning** * Perform initial production planning based on customer demand, capacity, and priorities * Release work orders to the shop in coordination with the General Manager and supervisors * Identify potential capacity constrai...
