**Essential Duties \& Responsibilities:** * Implement safety measures to ensure a safe work environment. * Effectively oversee and manage all safety programs and monthly requirements. * Ability to effectively prioritize and delegate work. * Manage warehouse operations including but not limited to: Inbound dock schedule, receipt of goods, storage, and distribution of materials and merchandise. * Manage cycle count programs and physical inventories. * Manage receiving accuracy and revenue targets associated with receipts. * Develop and implement policies and procedures. * Ensure Company Policies are followed. * Manage employee performance reviews. * Conduct daily payroll audits for proper allocation of hours. * Ensure a Safe Working environment. **Qualifications:** * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Strong ability to multi\-task, meet deadlines and prioritize in a fast\-paced work environment. * Experience managing inbound products, replenishment to pick locations and Cycle Count programs. * Ability to work in a fast\-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude. * Experience with Microsoft Office products with an emphasis on Excel. * Experience operating For...
