Description: **Physical Therapist (SNF)** ============================ **Job Title Code:** PT **FLSA:** Nonexempt **Position Purpose** The Physical Therapist will assess, plan, organize, and participate in rehabilitative programs that improve mobility, relieve pain, increase strength, and improve or correct disabling conditions resulting from disease or injury. **Supervisory Responsibility:** None – May direct the work of Physical Therapy Assistants **Budget Responsibility:** None **Essential Job Functions – Principal Accountabilities** * Provides direct patient care, evaluates functional needs and outcomes, and consults with other specialists.
