**Job Title:**Lead Direct Support Professional **Site:**WellCare Homes 6 **Reports To:** Facility Administrator **Classification**: Non\-Exempt **Pay Status:**Hourly **Pay Range:**$26\.00 \- $28\.00 per hour **Work Schedule:**Full\-Time **Position Summary** The Lead Direct Support Professional (LDSP) provides direct care, supervision, leadership, and support to Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) and residents within the residential care facility. The LDSP assists with implementation of resident care plans, behavioral support programs, daily operations, staff guidance, and regulatory compliance while ensuring the health, safety, dignity, and well\-being of residents served. This position works closely with management to support residential operations, oversee shift activities, assist with staff training and monitoring, and ensure compliance with Title 17, Title 22, company policies, and applicable regulations.
