**Job Title: Controller** **Job Status: Full\-time employee, Salary Exempt** **Reports to: CFO, with dotted line to Site General Manager** **Job Summary:** The Controller is responsible for ensuring operational financial discipline, cost visibility, working capital efficiency and cash management at the plant level. This role translates plant operations into accurate and timely corporate financial reporting, supports fast month\-end close, and drives profitability and cash flow improvement in a highly leveraged manufacturing environment. The Controller also ensures compliance and supports weekly ABL bank reporting, annual field exam, and annual audit. **Key Responsibilities** * Oversee accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and fixed assets * Maintain and strengthen internal controls, accounting policies, and procedures * Ensure timely and accurate monthly and annual financial close * Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with GAAP, including variances to budget * Develop and maintain short\-term cashflow forecasts * Monitor working capital, including receivables, payables, and inventory * Coordinate external ...
