Remote Medical Claims Auditor – Contract Strategic Health Intelligence (SHI), a physician led claims audit company serving self funded employers, is seeking an experienced **Medical Claims Auditor** for a remote consulting position. We are looking for someone who has **audited or reviewed medical claims for a TPA, employer health plan, or health insurance carrier**. The ideal candidate has hands on experience reviewing claims after they were processed to determine whether they were paid correctly. **Qualifications** * 3\+ years of hands on medical claims audit or review experience * Experience auditing or reviewing medical claims for a TPA, employer health plan, or health insurance carrier * Experience reviewing claims for payment accuracy Experience with claims quality, overpayments, recoveries, payment integrity, coding review, or payment accuracy is relevant to this role. **Preferred, but not required** * CPMA, CPC, or CCS certification * RN with claims review experience * Experience with self funded health plans * Stop loss experience * Strong Excel or SQL skills **Position Details** * Remote * Flexible * Part time or project based * Approximately 10 to 30 hours per week * Comp...
