Overview: Abacus Technology is seeking a Project Manager to lead projects and provide direction for tasks related to data management and artificial intelligence for the NASA Enterprise Multimedia and Integrated Technical Services (eMITS) program. This is a full\-time position. Responsibilities: * Provide comprehensive programmatic, strategic, and technical support to the Chief Data Officer (CDO), Chief Artificial Intelligence Officer (CAIO), and broader CDAIO teams. * Lead development, coordination, and implementation of data and AI policies, including governance standards, metadata and classification frameworks, interoperability models, and compliance enforcement mechanisms. * Conduct policy gap assessments, manage exception processes, monitor compliance, and support consensus\-building across NASA centers and external partners. * Develop and maintain AI risk assessment methodologies aligned with NIST AI RMF, including bias testing, safety validation, and ongoing performance monitoring for deployed models. * Identify risks, create risk statements, mitigation plans, and impact analyses. * Facilitate inter\-organizational planning and coordination to meet federal requirements and su...
