**Overview** We are seeking a detail\-oriented, hands\-on **Customer Service and Products Specialist** to support the day\-to\-day operations of the Parts, Service and Sales departments. In this role, you will deliver exceptional customer service to retail, commercial and internal customers, research and identify vehicle parts, and assist with ordering, receiving, organizing, and tracking inventory to ensure optimal workflow and minimize operational downtime. If you have a solid background in automotive, fleet, heavy equipment, truck equipment, or parts identification, along with a dedication to helping customers, then we want to hear from you. **Key Responsibilities** * **Customer \& Counter Support:** Deliver responsive, professional support to retail and commercial customers in person, via phone, and through email.
