The client list keeps getting bigger, and so do the scopes, the budgets and the number of services we run for each client. Almost all of that growth came the same way: great work on a first campaign turned into repeat business, and happy clients introduced us to the next team over. That engine only works if every client has one person who owns the whole relationship. Someone who knows what the client is really trying to accomplish, sets the strategy, runs the delivery, and is the reason the client stays and spends more next quarter. That is this role.
