The Health Program Manager plans, coordinates, and administers the Medicare Rural Hospital Flexibility Program(FLEX) and the Small Rural Hospital Improvement Plan (SHIP) grants and associated contracts for the State of Nebraska. The Health Program Manager also provides technical assistance to as many as 60\+ Critical Access Hospitals and network coordinators, drafts and manages contracts, and assures activities and invoices are processed in compliance with program goals.
