Overview: Waters is seeking a dynamic and results\-oriented **Chemistry Marketing Manager (CMM)** to drive growth across the Americas region. This highly visible role combines deep technical expertise, commercial acumen, and strategic marketing capabilities to support revenue growth and business development initiatives. The Chemistry Marketing Manager partners closely with field sales teams to identify key markets, geographic opportunities, product priorities, and customer needs. Working across sales, marketing, and product organizations, the CMM develops and implements business strategies that deliver integrated workflow solutions featuring Waters chemistry products, instrumentation, and services. As a hands\-on field marketing leader, the CMM coaches and mentors Chemistry Account Managers, Mass Spectrometry Specialists, and Territory Account Managers to accelerate sales performance and achieve annual revenue objectives.
