Description

Education * Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, Engineering Technology, or related field preferred. * Equivalent construction experience may be considered. Experience * 3\-7 years of experience in civil, mechanical construction, WWPS, Water Works, Powerplant \& Refinery piping, SCADA controls, industrial, or commercial construction projects. * Experience with design\-build and negotiated projects preferred. Technical Skills * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. * Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, AutoCAD, or similar construction software. * Experience with P6 software and CPM schedule development and updating. * Ability to read and interpret construction documents and contracts. * Strong understanding of HVAC systems, plumbing systems, industrial piping, and mechanical equipment installation. Knowledge * Mechanical systems installation methods. * Construction P6 scheduling techniques. * Material procurement processes. * Cost tracking and project controls. * OSHA safety requirements. * Construction contracts and project documentation.
