**Job Summary:**The Strategic Assortment Manager leads and oversees the Strategic Assorting team in developing customized assortment plans tailored to specific Orgill dealers while adhering to established planogram standards. In this role, the manager directs team efforts to collect, organize, and analyze key dealer inputs; including POS data, space audits, and market trends to drive data backed assortment strategies. **Duties and Responsibilities:** * Coordinates with multiple stakeholders including but not limited to; Orgill Dealers, Sales, Vendors, Merchandising, Inventory Planning, and Assortment Planning. * Communication of Assortment and Project Updates to appropriate stakeholders. * Responsible for managing the workflow of assigned Strategic Assorting Team members, including data analysis, assortment creation, and assortment maintenance. * Coordinates the creation of assortments both digitally as well as physical setup at the Innovation Center. * Oversees the maintenance of strategic assortments; including discontinued items. * Identify, manage, and resolve data gaps to ensure accuracy, and completeness of information. * Performs other duties as required and/or assigned. **K...
