Overview: **Shifts Available:** Days **Employment Type:** Full\-time **Hours:** 12\-hour shifts **Department:** Medical Surgical **Location:** Harlingen Medical Center – Harlingen, TX Responsibilities: * Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) like bathing, dressing, and toileting * Help with mobility, including turning, repositioning, and transferring patients to prevent skin breakdown, you may also feed patients who need assistance and monitor intake/output * Take and record vital signs (temperature, blood pressure, pulse, respiration), observe and report changes in a patient’s condition to nurses, you may also help with wound care under the direction of an RN * Stock and maintain supplies in patient rooms, ensure the environment stays clean and safe * Assist in transporting patients within the hospital Qualifications: 1\. High School Diploma or equivalent. 2\. Current Certification in Patient Care **required** (M.A. / CNA / EMT / Paramedic / Patient Care Tech, etc.). 3\.
