Position: Part\-Time Senior Bookkeeper / Accounting Manager Reports To: Executive Director Status: Part\-Time, approximately 20–30 hours per week initially Location: Children’s Museum of Rock County, Janesville, Wisconsin The Part\-Time Senior Bookkeeper / Accounting Manager is responsible for maintaining accurate, timely, and well\-controlled financial records for the Children’s Museum of Rock County (CMRC). The position manages CMRC's day\-to\-day accounting processes and supports the Executive Director in understanding and managing the financial performance and cash position of the organization. The position is responsible for maintaining the general ledger in QuickBooks Online, accounts payable and receivable, bank and merchant\-account reconciliations, payroll coordination, month\-end close, financial reporting, restricted\-fund and capital\-campaign accounting, and audit support. CMRC uses VeeVart for admissions, memberships, point\-of\-sale transactions, and other museum operations, with integration to QuickBooks Online.
