**Job Overview** As a Hotel Night Auditor, you’ll keep overnight hotel operations running smoothly while delivering attentive guest services. You’ll balance daily transactions, review records, and prepare reports while serving as a welcoming front desk contact. Your impact: Accurate night audit work helps hotel teams start each day with reliable records and gives guests consistent support throughout the night. We are a close team that provides an excellent work enviroment. Looking for 2 overnight shifts per week 11pm\-7am with possibility for additional shifts / hours when available. **Duties** * Complete the night audit using property management systems (PMS), hospitality reservation systems, * Reconcile room charges, payments, and daily transactions; investigate discrepancies and prepare shift reports. * Support front desk operations, manage reservations, and respond to guest requests with strong customer service and problem\-solving. * Answer and route calls, applying professional phone communication and phone etiquette. * Follow hotel emergency procedures and coordinate with the appropriate team members to address overnight concerns.
