Client: A client in the construction industry Location: New York, NY Work mode: On\-site Experience: Manager Work authorization: US Citizen/Permanent Resident Relocation: Not available Openings: 1 The Project Manager will support all day\-to\-day operations by working directly with subcontractors and customers to deliver energy savings in a timely and safe manner. The ideal candidate will have a relevant four\-year college degree with experience in a full range of business processes with an eye toward process optimization and process improvement. He/she will also have past project management experience in an engineering or construction\-oriented setting. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: * Manage project intake, communicate with contractors about project pipelines and shepherd projects from initial engagement through final payment. * Review pre\- and post\-inspections of energy efficiency projects. * Assemble bid packages, support contractor and equipment vendor selection or bidding, and prepare comparative analyses of bids received. * Track and manage projects using the client’s proprietary data management software * Gather and review project documentation. * Admini...
