Description: **Job Summary:** The Business Development Manager develops and maintains strong relationships with renewable energy developers, project owners, utilities, engineering firms, OEMs, and other key industry stakeholders. This position identifies upcoming projects, builds a qualified project pipeline, understands customer requirements, positions Takkion’s construction capabilities, and leads opportunities from initial engagement through contract award. **Essential Duties:** * Develop and execute business development strategies focused on utility\-scale wind construction, repower, and other renewable construction opportunities. * Identify and pursue opportunities with renewable energy developers, asset owners, EPCs, OEMs, and other industry partners. * Build and maintain a strong pipeline of near\-term and long\-term construction opportunities. * Develop a deep understanding of customers' project pipelines, capital plans, construction schedules, procurement strategies, and business priorities. * Engage customers early in the project lifecycle to position TAKKION as a preferred construction and services partner. * Track renewable development activity, upcoming projects, marke...
