The Sr. IT Manager, Transformation \& Resiliency leads Pillar 3—the Velocity \& Recovery Engine of our Enterprise Technology Platforms organization. This role is responsible for modernizing operational capabilities through automation, DevOps enablement, AIOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), and enterprise resiliency architecture. The leader will drive the evolution toward autonomous, fault‑tolerant, and intelligence‑driven enterprise operations. As SNC's corporate team, we provide the company and its business areas with strategic direction and business support spanning executive management, finance and accounting, operations, human resources, legal, IT, information security, facilities, marketing, and communications. **What you will do:** **Automation, DevOps \& Resiliency Engineering** * Lead engineering and automation for operational platforms, enabling secure, scalable, automated resiliency. * Build and advance AIOps for predictive incident detection, intelligent event correlation, and automated remediation.
